Have had issues with the multi point lock mechanism and locks to a PVCu door and have resorted to using other tools to ‘work’ the lock. Looked for a local Locksmith and found McKenz-key who was relatively local and so the wife gave a call.

Paul was out within a day (due to our work pattern) and on inspecting the lock identified the fault almost straight away. A new lock mechanism ordered for next day and replaced in quick time with a few extra alterations to the door and hinges that made the door less difficult to lock.

Fantastic service, friendly and efficient and a nice bloke to boot. If required I will be calling Paul again, 110% recommended.
